What happens after you book

  1. You get a confirmation email with your visit details.
  2. We visit your property, check your trees and answer your questions. Our ISA Certified Arborists recommend the safest, most effective option for your trees.
  3. You get a clear, written estimate. Approve it, and we lock in a start date. Every quote is a clear, detailed written price before work starts. Our customers often mention how detailed our proposals are.
  4. We do the job right, backed by our exclusive satisfaction guarantee, and leave your property clean.

What to have ready

  • Your address and the best phone number to reach you.
  • Which trees worry you, and what you'd like done: removal, pruning, stump grinding or plant health care.
  • Anything you've noticed, like dead branches, a lean, cracks or storm damage.
  • Gate codes or pet notes, so we can reach backyard trees.
  • Tell us about anything buried or hidden (septic, sprinklers, an old cistern or well) before we visit, since we can't see underground. We plan the work route around septic drainfields.
  • Your HOA's tree rules, if you have an HOA.
  • Want to pay over time? See financing. Checking your options is a soft credit pull.
